Description:

The USN/Marine Corps FVL FoS is currently composed of the Attack Utility Replacement Aircraft (AURA) and the Future Vertical Lift Maritime Strike systems. The purpose of this project is to develop a FoS architecture framework that can be used to implement a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) for the FoS. The USN/USMC FVL FoS will rely upon a MOSA to help ensure the FoS can maximize the velocity at which new capabilities can be integrated and deployed to stay ahead of the emerging threat and support their evolving missions.
